Ebay.com you tend to be able to get a good price and also you can negotiate with them aswell….
dont forget though if you have the time you can always make them yourself at a fraction of the cost

Go to Michael’s or AC Moore (or another craft store if you don’t live near either of those) and purchase some printable invitations. They have some really pretty designs these days, and at reasonable prices. Of course you need to have access to a good quality printer.

you can save on postage by not inserting a hundred cards like people usually do, and by not having all that info printed. print 1 card that says visit our website dickandjane.com for info on the gift registry, hotels, directions and to rsvp.
or instead of a response card and envelope, which you also have to put postage on, have a response postcard printed and then you only have to buy postcard stamps for those instead of first class stamps.

you can go to the wedding shop and look at one that you really like and buy that one then you take that one and make as many a you want that’s what I did.

The style of invitations you choose should match your wedding. It helps set the tone for your guests. We bought red card stock, had the store cut it into quarters and had a stamp made with the invite. About $50, before postage.
We also took advantage of an online wedding website for directions and RSVPs and included this info on the invite. Our wedding was pretty laid back and we did a buffet, so we didn’t have to worry about getting the number of guests exact.
This may not work for you. But doing it yourself is going to be cheaper. If you decide to have them printed, check a Kinko’s or other print shop first, because anytime you attach the word wedding, the price goes up.

Have you tried http://www.designbetty.com?
They let you customize your own wedding invitation templates for free. The customer service is great.
The only thing you will need is a printer and some quality paper.
